Hey Everyone,

Now that patch 0.055 has been out for a bit, I wanted to share a few thoughts about about the patch, and also what the next patch, and the future will hold.

Patch 0.055 was both larger and smaller than I wanted. Originally, this patch was supposed to be a small quality of life patch, fixing the many bugs the game had and adding in some small interactions with the girls. Well, instead it turned into a patch that finished Tirria's introduction storyline, added the first harem content to the game, and saw the introduction of transformation potions as well. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a 2-3 week patch turned into a 2-3 month patch (which included some real-life factors that cut into dev time as well).

That being said, I'm happy with what the patch introduced. One of my greatest goals for this game is to give the player as much customization as possible (within a realistic scope, of course).  Over time, we will be seeing more potions of all types added to the game, so I hope you guys continue to enjoy them.

Now, there has been some concerns with the content that was introduced in this past patch. I understand there are certain fetishes that some people don't like, and that's okay. I will always make sure any kind of divisive fetish content is completely optional and filterable, so you'll never even have to see the option for content you don't like. With that being said, as a (currently) one man dev, there's only so much I can do per patch. That means that if you're not into anal, or feet, or furry content, or etc. there are going to be some patches that a sizable portion of the content is just not appealing to you. However, unless you dislike monster girls (if that's the case why are you even here? haha) then you will always find some kind of content in each patch that will hopefully appeal to you.

With that out of the way, let's talk about the future. The next patch, 0.06, is going to likely be the biggest one yet, both with the amount of work to do, and how much it will change gameplay. This next patch will completely change the way that the inn management system is handled, changing it into a system that is both interesting and enjoyable. That will require a complete change to the opening of the game and the tutorial, which also gives me the chance to introduce a main storyline into the game, that will be tied to the new inn system, as well as new characters and places. Finally, this will also give me the chance to change up some of the early game content for a few of the girls (for example, a few of Tirria's early game events will be significantly different).

Despite all that, I'm hopeful that this patch won't take too much longer than the previous patches (work has already started on the new systems).
